Absolutely outstanding service, highly recommend!! Eddie was an absolute professional with excellent customer service and hot tub knowledge!! He was able to schedule a service call of less than 48 hours, most places were a minimum of 2-3 weeks out. He quickly identified and repaired the issue. He was great to chat with and gave me some wonderful suggestions of things to do in the area. OMG, Eddie was the best!!! I called him on a Saturday and he was out on Monday. He spent the time to figure out where the leak was (buried under spray foam) and was able to fix it right away! And what a reasonable rate he has! I could have kissed him! This was after I had spent almost $1000 with Aurora to have the problem misdiagnosed, sold a pump i didn’t need, and when the tub was clearly still leaking, they told me that their tech said the problem was fixed!
